Does anyone know why this service would stop by itself immediately after
being started?

I ran some logs through Perfmon on three of our servers. The next day
noticed that the service on each of the servers was stopped. I restarted it
one each and later that day noticed that it was once again stopped. I little
investigating revealed that it stops almos immediately after it is started.

If anyone has a clue as to what would cause this i would appreciate hearing
from you...because I am once again Stumped
