What permissions are reqired/

I've installed a new 2003 SP1 server and created a new volume.
I've created a folder on the new drive "D" called "website" and under this
is a subfolder for each username.

The default permissions at the top level "website" folder are as follows:
Administrators - Full
Creator Owner - none
Interactive - List
Network - List
System - Full
Users - Read and Execute, List, Read

Then each username folder has the following permissions, after changing
their "Home folder local directory":
Administrators - Full
username - Full

There is a website that runs on the server under "website" and each username
is each users site. To allow "public" browsing of the site, I did add the
"IUSR_SERVER" to each user directory and give it only the "Read" permission.

1. Did I setup the permissions correctly?
2. Should I change anything?
3. Can someone tell me what the "Interative, Network and System
users/groups are?

Thanks.
