Screensaver will not lock

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

I have set the screen saver to 1 minute. Checked the box for password
protection. When the screensaver comes on, it will not auto lock the
machine. You can move the mouse/key and it will go back to the the desktop.
I have tried this with the administrator account, as well as other users
account, so it's not profile related. I have searched the registry and
TechNet....... found nothing. Anyone seen this? I'm trying to find a
solution besides re-imaging the machine.

Thanks,

Chris
