Sounds like Spyware/Mailware or a virus to me.

http://kujoe.com/freeware/spybotsd13.exe
Download the second link, install it, download & install the top link, run
the program & delete the red items.
Go back on the net, downnload all updates & run again.
This should sort out the problems or at least the biggest of them.
