There is no quarantee you will be able to recover these files. There are, however, thrid party tools such as Undelete http://www.executive.com/undelete/undelete.asp.
These tools are usually a gamble though, and it really depends on how much disk activity there was on the drive after you deleted the files. If you want the best chance of recovering these files, minimize or stop all disk activity to the disk and attempt to use one of the third-party undelete tools.
