how to associate speciffic threads with speciffic applications?

hi
The system process on my win2000 server is consuming most of the CPU
resources
One of my win2000 servers is using 100% of the CPU and most of it is
consumed by the system process. I used Perfmon to monitor the individual
threads that are running and i noticed that there are 2 of them that are
consuming most of the CPU resources.
Is there a way to I associate those speciffic threads with speciffic
applications or drivers or something? ..in order to figure out what exctly is
consuming the CPU resources..
Many thanks
Christos
