Delegate - Join Domain

Hi!

I'm trying to assign a user that can manage a group of PCs in an OU(eg. join
domain, install software). I know that can be done through delegate control
from the OU, but from there i'm not sure how to proceed as i don't know what
option to choose from there(option in the checkbox). Any idea or any other
way?

Thks!
