If you have Nero then you also have the option of installing In-CD.
In-CD lets you format a CD-RW CD so that you can treat it as
if it was a floppy disk, allowing you to copy files to it with Windows
Explorer.
Without In-CD, you must use the Nero interface to burn files to
your CD. I recommend you read the Nero help files.
