When I try to boot my computer it gets to Starting
Windows Screen and I get the error message "Windows could
not start because the following file is missing or
corrupt: \WINNT\STSTEM32\CONFIG\SYSTEMced
I followed the article
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;269075
However, when I get to the part where I copy the hive
copy c:\winnt\repair\system c:\winnt\system32\config, I don't have the
"system" subfolders.
Does anyone have another other suggestion to fix this issue.
TIA
