We installed software that uses directx (and it isn't working), we have
version 9.0c installed (9.0b) before. When we run dxdiag, we receive the error

"The procedure entry point DetectReadPciSlotInformation could not be located
in the dynamic link library netdtect.dll"

We changed versions of directx, replaced the netdtect dll and still get the
same error - any suggestions?
