I have two PCs. And older desktop with 2000 (and two hard drives) and a
newer laptop with XP home.
My question is twofold.
1) Should I "upgrade" the 2000 machine to XP to be consistent among the
machines? Or leave the 2000 machine alone as long as it's working for me?
2) If I install XP on the 2000 machine, will I lose all applications
currently installed on that 2000 machine? What about data files (I think the
only data files I have on the O/S drive are the Outlook Express files that I
wuold want to keep)?
Thanks
