Problem with Title Bar and Toolbar

Hi,

  I'm a software engineer make applications with VB and VC 6. I made a VC
application having toolbars and stuff. Which works very good, but one of user
(remote place) having a problem that the titlebar caption is appearing in
toolbar, so it hides all the toolbar icons. Which is not happening in my
machine or other machine i tested. So my assumption it is something to do
with his settings or something. But can someone help me to solve this. If you
