You will need to logon with a 'local' administrator account. This will not
require any domain authentication.
If you do not have a local administrators password then that makes it more
difficult.
There have been some other threads on recovering a lost administrator
password and these people have been directed to this site:

I've never tried this myself, so I can't attest to the ease of use or
success rate.
Once you are able to logon as a local administrator, you can put the system
into a Workgroup instead of the Domain (this might take a few minutes as it
will try to connect the old domain first.)
