event id 256 warning

    Hello

    Every time I start my computer,
    I receive these warnings in my Event viewer:
    Timed out sending notification of device interface change to window of ""

    There are 5 copies of this events, which I think may
    be the cause of my slow startup.

    Any help /comments will be appreciated
