OK, ran dcomcnfg. Did not ask to register server. Was unable to find
shell32.dll in the program. When I went into DCOM config it did ask if I
wanted to register two accounts that where related to Office that where not
registered. In addition to not finding the CLSID I posted I was unable to
find anything referencing code: 601AC3DC-786A-4EB0-BF40-EE3521E70BFB which I
had gotten from:
%SystemRoot%\system32\rundll32.exe shell32.dll,SHCreateLocalServerRunDll
{601ac3dc-786a-4eb0-bf40-ee3521e70bfb}
Any further suggestions
