Dear Experts,

We are using Windows 2000 Adv Server in a PDC and BDC
setup. Our users are using Windows 98 SE, Windows 2000 and
Windows XP OS.

All users compalin that the map drives are getting
disconnected frequently. What may be the reason?

Even on PDC we face the same problem for the mapped drives.
It shows a red cross for the mapped drive, but when we
double click it, it works.

In Windows 98 SE unless we restart the system, it will not
work. In Windows 2000 and Windows XP, when double clicked
it works.

Any help please. Thank you in advance.

Regards,
Athar
