Alan,

Check Process Explorer from www.sysinternals.com, which shows a lot of process related info.

  Hi,
I have a txt file that I can not modify it. As soon as I try to save
  modifications, it says Sharing Violation.
How can I find which exe/dll/process is clocking it?
  Thanks,
  Alan
