Several user accounts sharing the same profile; accounts work like alias for the same person

Hi,

Do anyone know how to do this:
Several user accounts (but not all ) sharing the same profile; accounts work
like alias for the same person. That means, users Tom1 and Tom2 shares the
same profile and settings like menus etc changed for each use. They will not
logon at the same time. Account user Tom2 is obvious an alias for Tom1 to
logon.
