best course of action

fdisk

reinstall from CD
reinstall apps
restore data from backup (you do have a backup right?)
--> only known good data, you don't want to restore the rogue server apps
catch up on your MS patches
go live

immediately scan for virii, run adaware and spybotSD

  - a good days worth of work, but in the end, you'll have a fresh clean
system.

Chasing and disabling all the potential trojans etc that that system
might have could take weeks.

If you are not running a mail server, close inbound port 25 tcp on your
firewall
