Cannot install driver for Dynalink ISDN card

Hi, I´m having problem installing driver for a Dynalink
TAS100H ISDN card. Service Pack 4 is installed, so is also
the patch: Windows2000-KB822831-x86-ENU.exe. Still cant
install the driver. Any suggestion?
