Microsoft Logo Key-Shortcut keys

I am working on a laptop that doesn't have the microsoft
logo key. I am use to using that key with others as
shortcuts. Does any know if you can use a different key
as the logo key or in place of that key. Example: Windows
Logo Key + M to minimize all windows or Windows Logo Key +
E for the explorer window. I miss being able to use these
to shortcuts especially.
