I cannot seem to logo-on to admin or any acct on my home PC.

Please help me if you can. It is Windows 2000 Professional (I think SP4?)
and it is used standalone and not
networked with any other devices.

I moved 3 months ago and my PC was damaged and would no longer boot .
While it was being repaired (bad wireless card) I bought a new PC with XP
and I desperately need to xfer some files from my old PC.
My old PC is fixed and returned and now I cannot seem to log-on to my
administrator account (or any account) !!.

I only ever used the administrator account and I kept a list of 3
"revolving" passwords for use on my W2k Pro log-on screen.
I cannot get it to accept any of the 3 passwords and I am at a loss. To
make matters worse, I overtyped the user-name
and I need to know if it is User Name: administrator
What is the spelling and should it be all lower/uppercase or ?
Also ANY suggestions on finding the password or bypassing it for my home pc
would be GREAT!!!
The PC is an old emonster 550 PIII that I upgraded from W98 SE to W2k Pro
to teach myself SQL Server.
Thanks in advance from an old Big-Blue DBA with 25+ years on MF's,,,, Ken
