Peter,
I was able to change the settings being logged in as Built-in Admin and the
Admin User. But, when I tried to add remove programs -> Add Remove Windows
components, both the users got the message that they do not have authority
to perform the operation. So I ended up reinstalling 2k. Thanks for your
help. Hopefully this doesnt happen again!
