Rundll.exe execute error

I use win 2000 professinal (Simplified Chinese version).
When I boot my computer, OS always indicate "Rundll.exe
execute error "0x00401e8a"command refer
memory "0x00969000". This memory location can not "read""
Dose it mean my rundll file is corupt? How Can I fix this
error.
