Hi NG,

Few days ago, I had problems using regedit, while I was logged in as an
Administrator. When I tried to execute regedit.exe, I got the message, "You
do not have access rights to execute this program. Contact your
administrator". Due to this I was not able install progams that wrote to
the registry. I used regedt32 and found an entry somewhere in the registry
( like Donotexecute or something) causing the regedit to not work. I
removed the entry and regedit now works fine.

Prior to this my DSL stopped working and I had to uninstall the Ethernet
Card.

Now if I try to Add Network Components to add my Ethernet card back, I get a
message similar to "You do not have access rights to execute this program.
Contact your administrator" ( I cant recollect the exact words). What are
my options? Let me know.

Thanks!
Remi
