1) Systeminfo.exe
2) Yes you can:
- HKLM\System\CCS\Control\Network\
- HKLM\System\CCS\Control\NetworkProvider\
- HKLM\System\CCS\Services\Tcpip\

The above is only some of the places this kind of config is stored, it
depends on what you're looking for.
