Does this happen when booting into Safe Mode ?
Yes -> Run SFC /SCANNOW to look for system file corruption
No -> Look for bad/corrupt third-party drivers (printer, video,
antivirus, etc.)
- Update drivers
- Remove recent hotfixes (drivers may conflict with them)
- Remove unsigned drivers
