Disk failed; new install requests Service Pack 2? I don't have it

My disk drive failed completely on my computer. I replaced it, and
installed Win2K Pro from the CD. It requests a CD with Service Pack 2, and
I don't have that CD. Is that available as a download from MS? Where do I
find it?
