These entries are called "Internet Accounts" and are part of the Windows
Address Book (.wab) for the user in %profile%\Application
Data\Microsoft\Address Book
If you open the address book, you can import/export the Internet Accounts
as needed.

You will find a value called "(Default)" with a data of whatever will be
populated in the listbox on next opening in a key like the following:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Identities\{B9109065-CF9B-4DBA-95B6-80E642804243}\Software
\Microsoft\WAB\WAB4\LastFind

There ya go !!
