win 2k professional getting dely to boot

hi everbody,

i am facing new problem with my pc running windows 2000 professional.

prob: it is getting toomuch daley while booting.

what i did: i formetted 'C' partition and reloaded the os but problem is same.

hope i get any solution form one you at least.
