Sorry, I don't have any other suggestions. This is the folder IE is using
and not a different folder with the same name, right?
Oops, I just noticed something. There are several folders named favorites
on my system. Some have the icon woth star and some do not. The ones
which do all have the read-only attribute set. Is the read-only attribute
set on yours?
