Thank you. I had searched Microsoft but that article
didn't come up. Probably because I was looking in the
2000 area and not the XP area. This article addresses XP
only but the solution worked in 2000 as well.
Incidentally, re-installing VirusScan was not helpful, as
the article suggested. I thank you for your assistance!
Googling was a better solution.
