Is it possible to have Windows 2000 play a sound when a
USB Device is connected or disconnected? Windows XP
has "Device Connect" and "Device Disconnect" entries for
this in the Sound and Multimedia Control Panel applet,
but 2000 does not appear to have them. Can they be added,
or is there another way to do this?

Thanks!
