It would be easier to understand your problem if you are more descriptive
as to exactly what you did. What exactly happened, in order, that brought
about this problem?

Can you boot into Safe Mode?
   - If so, disable the Spooler service and reboot into Normal Mode (this
is based on the assumption that the issue is printer-related)
