Thanks, but this still did not work.

I deleted the information for this user (c:\Documents and
Settings\<user name>) and tried to logon again but
experienced the same result.

Afterwards I logged on as Administrator and see there was
another directory created (c:\Documents and Settings\<user
name>) for the problem user. But I still can't logon as
that user.

Is there another place I need to delete the profile from?
