Virus attack - how to restore original files

to save some headaches; my answer is not the best; but
sometimes the easiest solution is to back up all important
pictures, audio files, misc data. And reinstall. Get your
antivirus software update it immediately after
reinstallation. Then start reinstalling software. When
ever i run into problems i find it the easiest solution
but most difficicult descision to make.
