Error when booting re: bridge.dll

When booting, I now get an error message saying..

error loading c:\winnt\downloaded program files\bridge.dll

the specified module cannot be found.

This just started today, I was plagued by spy warethis AM , but cleaned it all off, scanned for viruses, all OK.
