Check all that also
changed memory, motherboard, cpu, networkcard but still the problem is there.
today i have build the harddisk in another workstation, but same problem so must be a software prob.
that's why i'm lost.

Assuming that you have checked all the usual suspects (viruses,
adware/spyware using Spybot), then in my experience this problem is
often a memory or motherboard problem.

Very annoying. If I am tranfering files, the transfer process
terminates and corrupts the file (destination thankfully).
