Hi,
Try right clicking a blank area of your Windows taskbar
(generally located along bottom of the screen) and
clicking Properties. Under the General tab click to remove
the check mark next to "Use Personalized Menus", click
Apply and OK to save the changes. This will eliminate
compressed menus where you see only part of the menu with
double arrows, which, when you position your cursor over
them, the menu expands to include all items.
