The easiest solution would be to connect both your PCs
to the DSL modem/router.
If this is not an option then you would have to configure
the Win2000 machine as a router. AFAIK, this requires
Win2000 Server. Alternatively, you could install RASPPPoE
(http://user.cs.tu-berlin.de/~normanb/), then enable
ICS (Internet Connection Sharing) for your DSL modem
connection.
