Just installed on my machine........works OK. Try to remove, clear your reg from all Symantec or Norton Ref and reinstall

configuration is not complete. You must have Administrator
privileges to complete configuration using the Information
Wizard) when a user (other than Administrator) logs onto
the computer. I've called Symantec and they want to charge
me $29.95 to give me the answer. Thank you.
