they have data recovery software that may work, it worked for me but my situation was a bit different.
I put the software on a seperate drive and slaved the drive w/ the missing data to that one. Anything you can do to keep from writting to the affected disk is recommended. But, at least they let you try the software to see what it CAN find before you buy it for the recovery process.
