cant get USB to detect devices

I cant get my usb to detect any devices it was working
before but now it will not detect anything I plug into it.
Thinking a driver reinstall is the way to go but I cant
find the drivers for win 2k usb. My machine is fully
updated with all the latest up dates for win 2k.
