Did you change to a different motherboard?
I sure hope you backed up the encryption keys.
Boot from W2K CD and choose to repair your installation. Plug and Play can't
modify your hardware abstration layer and consider the F6 on setup should
you have mass storage controllers whose drivers you need to install.
