Not that I know of. What you can do though is make a shortcut to the
relevant .scr file (probably in Windows\system32). R-drag it to the
desktop, create shortcut. Now right click that, Properties, and set a
hotkey in the Shortcut. Hitting that combination will invoke the
screensaver, and you can drag the shortcut onto Start - All Programs and
park it out of the way. Note that if you have an AltGr key to the right
of the spacebar, that is equivalent to CTL-ALT, so setting a period as
hotkey allows you to get the saver with AtlGr and .
