How to switch monitor to standby by dragging mouse into a screen corner ?

>From the good old ATARI times I know something like a screen saver tool which is mouse dependent.
This means if I dragged the mouse into one particular corner (or a few pixel away) the screensaver becomes active
immediately independently from the time out period.
Is there such a tool for Win2000/WinXP as well?
Alternatively to the screensaver the utility could switch the monitor into a standby/sleep mode.
