I'm trying to help a friend of mine. She tried to setup
the internet on her pc and it didn't work. Then the next
time she tried to log her pc on it asked for a username
and password. She's never had either one on her pc and
it won't accept a blank password. Anybody have any
suggestions on how to fix this?

Thanks.
