Domain A (Resource Domain) ------Trust -----> Domain B (account domain)

A user try to log into a server in Domain A with their Domain B account.
Their login on ANY of the servers in Domain A takes 30 minutes.

I log into the very same server with my Domain B account and it takes me 1
minute.

I have Userenv.log for users with long delay and a UserEnv.log for my log
in.

I have tried the following:
1. Removed their profile on the server
2. I have tried setting the GroupPolicyMinTransferRate=0
3. I have tried a new server that the user has never logged into.

1 limitation: I have very little access to the Domain B Domain Controllers.

What can I do to get the user log in time back down 1 minute?
