I've been told that if a driver gets messed up this will cause the problem.
I've gone thru and un-reinstalled every piece of hardware, Messed with bios
settings back and forth. Using W2K, SP 4

- still no hibernate option.
Now I'm Stumped, Don't want to reinstall w2k, what will I lose in an
"upgrade install" ?

Out of options, Suggestions welcome . . .
