problem. My computer showed 0 objects, but would sometimes
display normally after several several minutes. Start up
was slower than before. CD-RW showed occasional blinking
light. Using Control Panel to troubleshoot said device was
functioning normally. It wasnt. I disconnected the IDE
cable and the system booted faster and my computer showed
what it should. Installed new CD-RW and allis well.
